3.1 Booking Process

Appointments can be made through WhatsApp, phone calls, or our contact form. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect the massage treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to the client's health.

Our services are available to clients 18 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent.

4.3 Hygiene Standards

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All equipment is sanitized between clients, and fresh linens are used for each session.

We accept cash payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

While we take every precaution to ensure client safety, MASSAGE RIYADH HOME shall not be held liable for any injury or adverse reaction that may occur during or after treatment. Clients participate in massage therapy at their own risk.
